White Peppercorns

White Peppercorns - These are fully ripened black peppercorns that have the outer black skins removed by soaking them, called Montok peppercorns. This provides with a milder pepper taste. White peppercorns are used in recipes, where you don’t want to see the black specks of black pepper, like cream sauces or Hollandaise sauces.

Our White Peppercorns are offered in a reusable 4 oz. glass spice bottle with a quality plastic grinder top and filed with 2.3 oz. of white peppercorns.
